At de Buyer, we stand behind the professional quality of our French-made cookware and kitchen tools. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused items securely in their original box, ensuring all protective inserts and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned cookware, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
